Managing Director, M&A TAX
Kevin has 10+ years of extensive experience advising clients with respect to a variety of U.S tax issues including acquisitions, dispositions, tax-free reorganizations, tax-free spinoffs, IP planning, tax purchase agreement negotiations and disputes, debt restructurings, and legal entity rationalizations. Kevin's representative transactions range from $1m to $5b+ and span a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, and aerospace and defense. He began his career with a focus on tax consulting for family offices, family-owned businesses, and high net worth individuals before transitioning into providing M&A services to the Fortune 500 and the world's largest private equity sponsors. Prior to joining M&A Tax Solutions, Kevin was a Director in PwC's M&A Tax practice.
Kevin graduated summa cum laude from Miami University with a major in Accounting and minors in Business Legal Studies and Business Statistics. In 2013, Kevin received the Elijah Watt Sells award from the AICPA for achieving one of the 40 highest scores on the 2012 CPA exam (out of 92,000 candidates). Kevin is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio.
